An orgasm is the conclusion of the sexual response cycle and is experienced by both males and females. It is characterized by intense physical pleasure, controlled by the involuntary, or autonomic, nervous system. It is accompanied by quick cycles of muscle contraction in the lower pelvic muscles, which surround the primary sexual organs and the anus.
Orgasm is achieved after direct stimulation of the penis or clitoris for a period of time. This stimulation can be caused by sexual intercourse and manual masturbation. Any sexual stimulation of the penis or clitoris may eventually result in an orgasm. It may also be achieved by stimulation of other erogenous zones, in the absence of physical stimulation through psychological arousal.
Kegel exercises can be performed by tightening and flexing your PC muscle. The idea is to give the penis some extra work to do. You will achieve harder erections as soon as the muscles get stronger. These exercises will improve the flow of blood to the penis. Go slowly at first and after a week you should be able to perform 300 forceful kegels a day and within two months your muscle will be several times as strong as when you started.
Performing these exercises will allow you to have longer, stronger and better orgasms than ever before and closer to both climax control and the sustained pleasure of multiple orgasms.
